I am a qualified Physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience as a Physio and over 20 years of experience as a Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer. I Specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and have a background in Neurological Rehabilitation. I find my experience in the fitness Industry to be immensely useful in helping to promote quality of life for my clients, something I am extremely passionate about. I use a variety of techniques to treat injuries and long term conditions; including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, joint manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, exercise therapy and education to promote self-management.
I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing a range of conditions such as anxiety, exhaustion, sleeplessness, and feelings of holding on to events or traumas from the past. The pace of life today means that we sometimes get caught in a loop of stress and busyness; this can lead to physical and emotional symptoms as well as a sense of disconnection from who we are.
Cranio-sacral therapy can assist the body’s natural capacity for self-repair and help bring us back to a healthy state of stillness.
I empower and uplift others, creating spaces for people to feel safe, supported and embrace their individuality. I am passionate about spreading joy through movement. Delivering dance in order to build and strenghten communities is a significant interest of mine. I love to meet new people and help others to feel great in themselves.
I create an entirely bespoke and individual session, just for you.
I currently offer ballet, tap and latin dance tuition, but I am also open to discuss any other interests you may have working together on a 1-1 basis.

Claire started For Baby and Me in 2008 with just one outdoor postnatal fitness class and since then it has grown into the wonderful community it is today!
With a vast experience of working with women and families as a NHS Health Visitor and mental health nurse, she is widely regarded as an expert in the field of baby classes and empowers parents to feel positive, happy and healthy as they journey through the early years as a parent.

Alexis teaches a mummy & baby pilates & relaxation class here at Little Box Gym!
Her classes have a very holistic approach and work on rebalancing the mind and body as a whole. She combines a mixture of strength and flexibility training and use a flow approach allowing for improvements in coordination, the precision of movement and deep abdominal work.
Alexis also spends time on functional movements to improve total body movement patterns to help reduce the reoccurrence of injuries.
